Kulttuurisauna

We are building a new culture. Kulttuurisauna is a new urban, contemporary Finnish public sauna on the Helsinki waterfront, in Hakaniemenranta.

Nene Tsuboi, designer and Tuomas Toivonen, architect are in charge of the designing, constructing, financing and running of Kulttuurisauna. The sauna is expected to open in autumn 2012 and it will be a focal point of our events for the rest of the year.

The energy partner for the project is Fortum. Kulttuurisauna is aiming to develop a low-carbon concept based on renewable energy and eco-efficiency.
