Wastelands: European Architecture Students Assembly

During the Wastelands festival we examine issues and possibilities related to empty, unused and wasted spaces within and around urban areas.

EASA (European Architecture Students Assembly) is an independent meeting of architecture students, with an annually changing venue country. It can be described as a two-week long architecture festival for about 500 architecture students from over 42 countries and over 240 architecture schools from all over Europe.

Hi, check out our Wastelands webpage and navigate to the "How to participate?" -section (http://www.wastelands.fi/participate/). From the bottom of the page you'll find the contact details of the Finnish representatives (Robert and Pauli) who will choose the participating team from the Finnish schools, so hit the boys with an e-mail...! You can also contact us directly at info@wastelands.fi in case you're interested in assisting in the actual organizing phase before the event, or promoting the event somehow in Tampere for instance, or helping out during the festival etc.
