Font Walk

How is graphic design in evidence in our city? The independently taken Font Walk helps us to observe various public spaces where the font is present, and which we may have passed by without paying attention.

The starting point of the Font Walk is the map available from Napa Gallery from April 2012. The map offers the walkers a peek into the role of graphic design in the visual culture of the streets in addition to introducing stories behind individual fonts and facades. The map is designed by the graphic designer / illustrator Camilla Pentti from Helsinki, and it will be published on 25 April 2012.

The Font Walk is organised by Napa Gallery.
