Visual design is an important part of creating a positive user experience and has been a particular focus of KONE’s for several years. In a user study conducted by the company, 57% of users stated the importance of an elevator being visually pleasing. KONE’s visual design unites sophisticated interiors with practical durability, ease of access and eco-efficient technologies.
Selecting from a variety of interior design looks, lighting options and components can create the right look and feel for any type of building. With the perfect solutions in place, the building’s architectural aesthetic can continue seamlessly from the façade, through the lobby, and into the elevators. In addition to combining elements from the award-winning KONE design collections, we also work closely with our customers to create customized designs.
