ServDes.2012 Service Design & Innovation Conference

We are making a journey of exploration into service design. The Laurea University of Applied Sciences programme for the conference on service design research and methods will contain workshops, research presentations and information on combining business methods with research in the industry.

The conference has been aimed at researchers, business representatives and companies, designers, public sector representatives and students of the industry. The objective is to include the points of view of both b-to-b and public sector services in the academic discussion on the international forum.

The conference will be organised by the Laurea University of Applied Sciences, Laurea SID Leppävaara.
