Architectural competition on Central Pasila

The City of Helsinki and Senate Properties will organize a competition on the plan for Pasila One, the core area of the Central Pasila (Keski-Pasila) district.

The competition will be open from the beginning of 2011. The competition will be completed and the winner selected by early 2013.

Pasila One will be one of the largest mixed-use commercial and residential complexes in Finland. The competition area is significant in size, with 100,000 to 140,000 square metres of building rights.

Senate Properties is a property management organization under the Finnish Ministry of Finance.
